RUN FOR SOMETHING ENDORSES NADARIUS CLARK FOR HAMPTON ROADS

Columbia, SC: Today, Nadarius Clark proudly announced that Run for Something (RFS), the groundbreaking organization that recruits and supports strong voices in the next generation of progressive leadership, today endorsed his campaign for Delegate in the 79th district ahead of the June 8th primary.

Nadarius was among dozens of similar candidates running for state and local office endorsed as part of RFS's May Endorsement class. Among the endorsed, 58% identify as BIPOC, 46% identify as women, 29% identify as LGBTQIA+, 15% are members of the disabled community, and 25% are parents. Regarding this endorsement, Nadarius Clark released the following statement on his campaign’s growing momentum and he importance of electing a new generation of leadership to Virginia. 

“The time is now. Young voters make up a third of eligible voters in Virginia but only one delegate younger than 30 has been elected to state office. My generation can't afford to wait our turn another ten or twenty years to fight for our future. Run for Something understands the timeliness of the perspective I am fighting to bring to Richmond and I am honored to have their support.”
